On the right I had my Canon 580EX II on a stand with a translucent shoot-through umbrella. On the left I had a silver reflector for fill light. I have "V2 wireless flash triggers" but a sync cord would also work for off camera flash. Maybe I'll post a picture of it on my "Photo Tip" blog.
